  1. The giveaway runs from 10-09-2017 at 12.01am to 08-10-2017 at 11.59pm.
  2. The prize is a €2,000 Brown Thomas voucher.
  3. All entrants must be 18 years or over. Only entrants who submitted correct details will be eligible. Subscribers must enter the competition before the applicable closing date.
  4. Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed in the course of transmission.
  5. By filling in all the details required in the entry form and confirming that you have read the terms and conditions of entry and completing the answer and submitting it online on independent.ie or in any of the participating Brown Thomas outlets, you are deemed to have accepted all applicable terms and conditions of the Competition.
  6. Persons not eligible to enter Competition include employees of The Joint Promotors or Unison.ie and their families, agents of The Joint Promotors and any third party included in this promotion.
  7. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other equivalent.
  8. The Joint Promotors reserve the right to substitute activities of an equivalent or greater value to those specified, should any part of the activity become unavailable.
  9. The competition winning entry will be selected in a draw by an independent judge. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence or communication will be entered into.
  10. Winners must agree to participate in any promotional activities that may be organised by The Joint Promotors in connection with the competition.
  11. The personal details which have been submitted for the Competition will be held by Independent News and Media.
