  1. The giveaway runs from 2017-01-07 to 2017-01-14. The draw for the prize will take place on 2017-01-18, and the winner will be notified by email or telephone.
  2. All entrants must be 18 years or over. Only entrants who submitted correct registration details will be eligible.
  3. Subscribers must enter the giveaway before the applicable closing date.
  4. Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed in the course of transmission.
  5. By filling in all the details required in the entry form online and confirming that you have read the terms and conditions of entry and completing the answer and sending it (selecting the ’post’ button) to INM you are deemed to have accepted all applicable terms and conditions of the competition.
  6. Persons not eligible to enter the on-line giveaway include employees of INM, Grecotel, Aegean Airlines and their families, agents of Independent.ie and any third party included in this promotion.
  7. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other equivalent.
  8. Independent.ie reserve the right to substitute activities of an equivalent or greater value to those specified, should any part of the activity become unavailable.
  9. The on-line giveaway winning entry will be selected in a draw by an independent judge. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence or communication will be entered into.
  10. Winner must agree to participate in any promotional activities that may be organised by INM in connection with the giveaway.
  11. The personal details which have been submitted for the Competition will be held by Independent News and Media. This information will only be shared with third parties involved with the Competition for the administration of the Competition and/or the supply and delivery of prizes, unless otherwise agreed. PRIZE: Win a luxury 7 day holiday for two to Kos staying at the Grecotel Kos Imperial Thalasso and 2 round trip Economy class tickets on the route Dublin – Kos - Dublin (via Athens) operated by Aegean Airlines.The prize is valid for air transport only on the routing mentioned above, destination changes are not allowed.Aegean Airlines will cover the fare and the fuel surcharge. Airport and security taxes remain payable by the passengers.
  15. VALIDITY:The prize offered is valid for 2017 (except July, August) based on availability and on request basis. It is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash.
  16. APPLICATION: Aegean Airlines - Round trip flights only. Aegean Airlines - Flights operated by A3 only.
  17. SEASON: The prize offered is valid for 2017 (except July, August) based on availability and on request basis. Aegean Airlines - Travel period authorised: from 5th June to 23rd September 2017 (subject to availability and excluding school and public holidays). Return flights must be used within the validity of the ticket. Aegean Airline Tickets must be issued before 31st March 2017.

RESERVATION/TICKETING: Aegean Airline ticket requests should be sent to Penny Moschidou at Aegean Airlines by filling in the form on the reverse side of this document and returning it by email to the address below.   20. MISCELLANEOUS: Tickets will not be reissued in the case of partially used round trip tickets or in the case of no show. The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded, sold or converted into a cash alternative of any form. Flights using free tickets do not accrue mileage on frequent flier programmes.
