1. The online herald.ie Giveaway runs from 2015-07-28 to 2015-07-30. The draw for the Giveaway prizes will take place on 2015-07-30, and the winners will be notified by email or telephone.
2. All entrants must be 18 years or over. Only entrants who submitted correct registration details will be eligible.
3. Subscribers must enter the Giveaway before the applicable closing date.
4. Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed in the course of transmission.

7. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other equivalent.

Hula Hoops Terms

1. 
   1.    This promotion is open to Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 years or over except employees of Hula Hoops, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
   
   2.    To enter this promotion entrants must be a Unislim member and simply answer the question on the competition form and hand back to the Unislim Class Leader.
   
   3.    No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.
   
   4.    The Promotion begins on 28/7/15 and the closing date for receipt of entries 30/7/15
   
   5.    Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
   
   6.    The prize to be won is as follows: A pair of 3 Day VIP Camping Tickets
   
   7.    Hula Hoops shall not be liable for any loss, damage or consequential damage of any nature, in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise caused by acceptance of the terms and conditions or in connection with the prize.
   
   8.    The winner will be notified on the same day of the closing date if they have won the grand prize.
   
   9.    Any additional costs incurred to the prize winner and the guests other than the prize package will be at the prize winner’s own expense. Plus any upgrades or changes to the prize will also be at the prize winners own expense.
   
   10.    The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the prize winners do not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by Hula Hoops, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winners and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. If for any reason a prize is not available, Hula Hoops reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
   
   11.    If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, or there is any cause beyond the control of Hula Hoops which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, Hula Hoops may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries.
   
   12.    If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded.
   
   13.    These terms and conditions are governed by Irish Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Ireland.
